Prayer to the Holy and Most Painful wound on the shoulder of Jesus Christ

O Blessed Lord Christ, Jesus of Nazareth. O meek and humble lamb of God I honor, worship and venerate the most sacred and painful wound on your should which did bear the Cross of Humanity and the sorrows of mankind and the wounds of the world to afflicted an anguish greater that any wound on the Blessed Body. Amen. 

During your intentions for the Rosary you would recite the aforementioned prayer for the Holy and Most Painful on His Shoulder.

Prayer to the 5 Sacred Wounds of Jesus Christ (To be said with during your intentions for the Holy Rosary)

Almighty Father, Blessed Lord Thy God we humbly ask you Holy Father to ransom the Human Race from the clutches of evil one by the Holy and Sacred Wounds of Jesus Christ which he suffered in His Passion

Father, we honor, glorify and venerate the (5) five Holy Wounds of Christ and dedicate a decade of the Rosary for each of this Holy Wounds. 

For the each of the 5 wounds you would simply state after each Mystery: 

With this decade I honor, glorify and venerate the Holy Wound …. the Lord received during his Passion and/or from the piercing on the cross. 

1st Decade – The Crown of Thorns

2nd Decade – The Holy Wounds on His Feet

3rd Decade – The Holy Wound on His Right Hand

4th Decade – The Holy Wound on His Left Hand   

5thDecade – The Holy Wound in his side where the Fountain of Mercy was openned for the world
