The Act of Contrition: (To be recited kneeling before the Cross of Humanity)
My Lord Jesus Christ, I humbly kneel before your Holy and Sacred Cross of Sorrow to ask for forgiveness of my sins and transgression before our Almighty Father. I ask you to be with me as I contemplate your 5 Holy Wounds and suffering at each Station of the Cross.
Please Lord accept my prayers and supplications, and take them into your most Sacred Heart. I ask you to search the depths of my heart and know my sincerity, my sorrows, my passion, my desires, and my aspiration to sever the throne of your Holy Father in Heaven. I seek His Divine Forgiveness, your Divine Mercy and the Most Holy and Saving Grace of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Holy Father please accept the Tears of my Pennants and the Sword of Sorrow that is ageist my heart for having sinned before you and thy Holy Spirit. Redeem me O Lord Thy God in your tender mercy and goodness, and I pray that your Sacred Will may be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Father I accept your just punishment onto death as I contemplate the Passion of Christ. Let me die to myself and give my life and all that I AM onto the Sacred Heart of our Holy Redeemer and Savior Jesus Christ, and in His name do I pray. Amen
1nd Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The Passion - Recited Before the Holy Cross of Christ
Holy Lord as you prayed with Passion onto the Holy Father that this cup may be taken way, I ask that you would (mention your petition) and if not, I willing accept your will and the will of our Father. Amen
2rd Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 1st Station of the Cross - Jesus is Condemned
Holy Lord as you accepted the condemnation at the hand of Israel; I accept your condemnation for my sins before the Holy Father and will accept your just punishment onto death. Amen
3th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 2nd Station of the Cross – Jesus accepts his Cross
Holy Lord please help me to carry my cross through life and forgive me sins, for they are more than I can bear. Amen
4th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 3rd Station of the Cross – Jesus falls for the1st time
Holy Lord forgive me my weakness and my fall into the dust of my sins, the weight of them has crushed me to my knees, help me Lord to bear this burden. Amen
5th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 4rd Station of the Cross - Mary consoles the Lord
Holy Lord I pray that I may be consoled by your Holy Mother in my supplications and prayers and that I may be given Fortitude and Hope in my Suffering and I unit this to your Holy Cross. As you stated to the Blessed Mother, “Look I AM making all things new again”, renew my spirit and my soul Lord. Amen
6th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 5rd Station of the Cross - Simon to carry the Cross
Holy Lord the weight of the cross and the sins of the world were so heavy that Simon of Cyrene was chosen to help you. Help me Lord carry my cross for I have repeatedly sin ageist you in my ways. Help me Lord carry this cross in life and lift my burdens. Amen
7th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 6th Station of the Cross – Veronica’s Vial
Holy Lord as Veronica wipe the tears and blood from you Holy Face, I ask you to wipe the Tears of my Penance from my face with the Love that Veronica had shown you, be Merciful to me Lord and forgive me my sins which have crucified you. Amen

Holy Lord they beaten you so severely, being dehydrated, and weakened by the thousands of insults, spits, blows, lacerations and other unheard of cruelties. Thou did fall to thy knees in exhaustion. My Blessed Redeemer I too have fallen into sin, and exhausted from carrying this burned in my heart and ask you Lord to forgive me of my sins. Amen
9th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 8th Station of the Cross - The Weeping Women
Holy Lord forgive me for the Tears of Sorrow I have caused your Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Dry your eyes Holy Lord for I firmly resolve with conviction to be faithful to you and offer pennants through your beloved Mother, The Blessed Virgin Mary and to avoid the near occasion of sin and to never sin against you again. Amen
10th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 9th Station of the Cross - Jesus 6th & 7th falls
Holy Lord look down upon me and stay my hand that I should not fall again before you, keep me from all temptations and the lies of the devil and all evil that seeks my ruin and fall into perdition. Amen
11th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 10th Station of the Cross - Jesus is stripped
Holy Lord as you were stripped naked, strip me Lord of all fleshly desires and extinguish within the concupiscence of the flesh and the perversion of satan. Remove all evil and vile affections from my heart and mind that I may serve you Lord in innocence and purity. Amen
12th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 11th Station of the Cross - Jesus raised on the Cross
Holy Lord as they pierced your Sacred Hands and Feet, I too am pierced by my sins and the transgressions of my hands and the ways in which I have walked upon this earth. Forgive me Lord of my sins of omission, my sins of commission, and my sins of influence. I repent of my ways and confess myself to be the most miserable of sinners. Have Mercy on my soul. Amen
13th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 12th Station of the Cross - Jesus Expires
Holy Lord before you expired on the Cross you humbly commanded your Spirit into the hands of the Holy Father by saying “Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit” by this precious death and supreme sacrifice I commend my sprit and my soul into your hands and turn my life over to your Sacred Heart and Divine Mercy. May the Sacred Will of our Father be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.+. Amen
14th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 13th Station of the Cross - Jesus in Mary’s Arm’s
Holy Lord, as your disciples laid you in the Loving Arm of our Blessed Mother, her Tears of Sorrow and anguish washed over your Holy Face. I ask you Lord to take me from this cross and may the Tears of my Pennants and prayers become my bread day and night. May the sacred tears of the Holy Mothers wash over me and cleans me of all my inequities before the Holy Throne of God. Amen
15th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The 14th Station of the Cross – Jesus is Buried
Holy Lord as your Holy Mother anointed your Sacred Body with loving adoration and reverence for that which is sacred and holy onto our Father. May my love and adoration grow each day for you until I see thee in eternity, who is the treasure of every real joy and happiness, and with the Angels and Saints praise and glorify thee forever and ever.
Help me Lord to have reverence for the Sacred Temple of the Body and Mind that I may become an instrument of the Lords Sacred Will. Amen
16th Prayer of Faith in Divine Forgiveness – The Resurrection of Jesus Christ (No Station)
Recited before the Holy Cross of Christ – Please kneel at the Alter before the Cross
Holy Lord by your Glorious and Splendid Resurrection, raise me from the dead as you called forth Lazarus from death, for I sit in the darkness of my sins. Place within me a new heart of lively sentiment, a new mind of prefect contemplation, and a new spirit of Holiness that I may be sanctified through you to Honor and Glorify your most Holy and Sorrowful Passion. Amen
